Small Potatoes Catering is a professional food catering company established by Becky Watts in 2001. Becky holds a certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Management, specializing in Culinary Arts. International travel and residence in the UK and Canada contribute to developing an expertise in gourmet and classic cuisine.

Becky stays current with food trends and innovative presentation through participation in local cooking events, professional catering conventions, and food shows. Recent continuing education opportunities included travel and culinary classes in the southwest region of France and a food and wine tour with Chef Kent Rathbun to the Catalonian region of Spain.

Small Potatoes Catering is affiliated with Collin County Event Professionals and the McKinney Chamber of Commerce. We support our local community through volunteer services for the Plano Symphony Orchestra, Hannah's Horseshoes of Hope, and numerous charitable organizations.

All food is prepared in our commercial kitchen in compliance with the requirements of the Texas Department of Health. We carry liability insurance. Our servers are TABC certified to serve alcoholic drinks and receive training in safe food handling. We are ServSafe certified in food management.
